Hey folks! Hope you're all doing well. :) While we're all suddenly stuck at home, there is surely a lot of cooking going on. I'm personally in a bit of an unfortunate recipe rut, and totally lacking inspiration. Some of us are probably new cooks, very seasoned cooks (pun intended), veggie cooks, meaty cooks, and maybe you're a cook feeling like you're the opposite of me right now- absolutely on fire and in love with the food you're serving up. Want to share some recipes?
Here's one I tried last night, that failed for a variety of personal kitchen reasons and turned into a "schloop" instead of fritters. BUT the flavors are fantastic. The yogurt sauce is amazing. If you successfully make fritters, let me know :) https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/zucchini-lentil-fritters-with-lemony-yogurt
This is a really great hearty soup recipe that my roommates and I absolutely love! Vegan African Peanut Stew
