Visiting an ER is recommended if:

It is an emergency situation where immediate help is required.

When to visit an ER?

If you or someone else is in danger, and immediate access to resources is necessary.

What happens if I visit an ER?

1. Register at reception desk. There will be signs and people to direct you there.

2. A nurse will meet with you to determine the level of immediate care required.

3. A doctor will meet with you.

This initiative is run by botany and zoology grad students and faculty with the goal of providing better mental health support to grad students. We host stress-relieving events, wellness workshops, provide access to teaching faculty mentors, and advocate for your mental wellness to the departments. Find out more here.
